Fosse opened on Broadway at the Broadhurst Theatre on January 14, 1999 and played through August 25, 2001.  Produced by Livent (U.S.) Inc. and later (after takeover) by Clear Channel Entertainment.

Directed by Richard Maltby, Jr. and Ann Reinking; Choreographer: Ann Reinking; Choreography recreated by Chet Walker; Dance Reconstructions by Brad Musgrove and Lainie Sakakura, Scenic Design by Santo Loquasto; Costume Design by Santo Loquasto; Lighting Design by Andrew Bridge and Sound Design by Jonathan Deans.
